  Restoring lives from trauma, loss, through breath work and meditation. We are so far away from what we call home, or perhaps our life is no longer recognizable. Everything we put our or identity into no longer exists. Our very life or seems so far away we get filled with anxiety realizing how far away from the shores of our life we are.

   With Ministry of Mindfulness, we teach somatic breath work to find our way back home, the home inside we ignored or lost from outside influences and tragedy. We offer weekly meditation practices, online meditation practices, events, and retreats. We teach somatic breath work because it is a very physical way to get in touch with your heart and your mind.

   We guide the individual through breathing practices that are proven to calm the mind, reduce anxiety deal with trauma and often make some addictions manageable. Led by Ben Pierson with experience teaching circus performers, fighters, and those with addictions somatic breath to deal with anxiety, improve focus, and process trauma
